Enjoy Clearwater Beach

The gorgeous white sand of Clearwater Beach attracts new residents and visitors every year.  Many of the hotels have been renovated and sold as beachfront condominiums because the demand is so great here.  Everyone wants to live close to paradise!  While Clearwater Beach is relaxing, it is not a quiet, reclusive spot.  There is a great day and nightlife here to be enjoyed!  During the day you can spend your afternoons lying on the beach or splashing in the water.  If you're more of the active type, stop by the marina for some fun activities.  Dolphin sightseeing, scuba diving, fishing charters, a pirate adventure and jet ski rentals await you.  And don't forget parasailing.  This tropical sport can be fun and gives you a bird's eye view of the beach from above.

Children will love visiting Clearwater Beach as well.  At the Pier, there is a spacious covered playground, inflatable bounce house and water slides to explore.  Filled with sand to cushion any falls, it's also the perfect place to bring your shovel and build a sand castle.  Near the causeway, you will find the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.  Learn about the natural wildlife that
lives in these waters and on land nearby.  It's a great place to see up close and learn in a family friendly, yet fun environment.

At night the beach comes alive.  Most hotels, and restaurants have outdoor seating so you can enjoy your favorite umbrella drink while listening to the ocean waves crash beside you.  There are many places to hear live steel drum bands or musicians singing your favorite songs.  At the Pier, musicians, artists, illusionists and people of different crafts gather to perform.  You can see fireblowing, dancing and fun performances here nightly.  Artists also display their work such as paintings, jewelry, souvenirs and sculptors to purchase.  It's a fun atmosphere to take a stroll and just enjoy the entertainment.

When speaking of Clearwater Beach you have to mention the dining.  Fresh seafood is abundant here whether your looking for casual or upscale dining.  Crab legs, grouper sandwiches, conch fritters and oysters are always on the menu at your favorite restaurants.  From Frenchy's Beachside Café to Island Way Grill, the food is succulent and the atmosphere tropical and appealing.  Just don't forget to come hungry so you can enjoy everything they have to offer!
